The Mediterranean variety, which is the main white variety of the Zadar area, is served chilled, and its ideal serving temperature is 10-11°. It goes best with Mediterranean seafood.

The jewel in the crown, our feather, an autochthonous variety that our family managed to revive, propagate and preserve for future generations. There are only 10,000 vines in the world, and this is something we are particularly proud of, as it is the only variety from the Zadar region that produces top results.
